Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
- Conduct initial screenings, shortlist applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records within Odoo’s recruitment system.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience.
