Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will manage end‑to‑end hiring for QMet India, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates. The role ensures timely recruitment and supports the organization in attracting top talent.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned positions.
  • Create and publish job postings on career portals, social media, and the Odoo website.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal referrals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants.
  • Conduct phone, online, and in‑person interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers through Odoo.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update the recruitment kanban stages.
  • Prepare job offers and coordinate the onboarding process.
  • Ensure recruitment KPIs are met (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards in Odoo.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferred in IT / Technical roles).
  • Experience using Odoo Recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
